I’m Jemma
I’m an artist and sound enthusiast. I have spent many years loving music through both collating playlists and playing instruments like electric guitar and steel pans.
Having DJ’d at multiple queer art events in London, I have a passion for the relationship between music, people and art. I also have experience with live sound and studio recording, collaborating with artists and running live sound events.
I love to learn new skills and finds it exciting being able to teach those skills to others. From a young age, craft has been a big part of my life. Today, I spend my free-time learning new skills like jewellery making, set building and graphic design.
I believe that creative subjects are a critical part of education and I will always want to be a part of making space for creativity and art in the lives of young people. I have a natural drive to do my best and I want to inspire others to do the same by creating a positive work environment and helping other people out.
